The ordered items shall be dispatched directly to the customer’s designated address. Once the order has been approved, all orders shall undergo prompt processing. The delivery timeframe specified below may be subject to extension due to courier delays or other external factors. Furthermore, it is important to acknowledge that deliveries to rural areas may experience longer transit durations.

Upon approval of the order, the goods will depart the warehouse within 1 – 3 business days

Please be advised that OzTech Emporium does not entertain lost in transit compensation where the order has been delivered to a PO Box addresses because no signature are taken on such deliveries.
