The device features a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 2K resolution (1440×3200 pixels), supporting a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits. Its premium design includes a glass front and back with an aluminum frame and an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone measures approximately 164.1 x 75.6 x 9.2 mm and weighs 229 grams, offering a sturdy yet comfortable form factor.

Video capabilities include 8K at 30fps, 4K at 30/60/120fps, and 1080p at up to 240fps, with support for 10-bit HDR and Dolby Vision. The front camera is a 50MP sensor capable of 4K recording at 30/60fps.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) chipset, the device includes an octa-core CPU and Adreno 830 GPU for top-tier performance. Storage options include 512GB, and 1TB of UFS 4.0, paired with either 16GB of RAM. The battery is a large 6600mAh unit, supporting 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It runs on Android 15 with Vivo’s OriginOS 5.
Additional Features
The Vivo X200 Ultra includes an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a full suite of sensors including accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and color spectrum. Connectivity options cover 5G, Wi-Fi 6/7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared, and USB Type-C 3.2. Audio is delivered via stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio support; there is no 3.5mm headphone jack.
