The device features a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 2K resolution (1440×3200 pixels), supporting a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits. Its premium design includes a glass front and back with an aluminum frame and an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone measures approximately 164.1 x 75.6 x 9.2 mm and weighs 229 grams, offering a sturdy yet comfortable form factor.

It runs on Android 15 with Vivo’s OriginOS 5.

The Vivo X200 Ultra includes an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a full suite of sensors including accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and color spectrum.
