- As per the ACCC’s regulations, we will resolve the minor issues found in our phones with either repair or replacement, as the case may be. However, there will not be any refunds on purchases made under the buy-now-pay-later model using methods like After Pay, Zip Pay, Latitude Pay, etc.
- The item should have the purchasing slip as a record that you bought the particular device from us.
- The item should be returned with the original packing and all the accessories that were provided with it.
- In the case of a wrong shipment or the device having manufacturing defects, OzTech Emporium provides the necessary compensation as soon as we are contacted.
- If you have used the device, it should still be in new condition, i.e., without any visible spots or scratches. It should not possess any signs of damage. - When a wrong order is delivered to you, please do not open it especially if it is brand-new, OzTech Emporium replaces it immediately after you report to us. If you ask for it, you can also be compensated with a full fee refund, including the shipping charges.
